First it was Richard Pryor, and now John Spencer.

John Spencer probably most famously played Leo McGarry on the West Wing. It’s kindof spooky that he died of a heart attack after his character on West Wing nearly died of one. I’m wondering what the West Wing folks are going to do now, but I guess that doesn’t seem too important in the face of John Spencer passing away. Selfishly and as a fan of the West Wing, I’m sad though, he was one of my favorite characters. Is it just me or has the West Wing been unbelievably boring lately? The debate episode, while impressive in execution and authenticity, has me drooling on myself and then on the remote control as we fast forwarded over most of it. I hope it improves.
